After implementing the fix, we are seeing improvements in video playback for the affected users. It was determined this was a very isolated issue for a small number of users. If you continue to see any issues with videos to please reach out to us.

We appreciate your patience with this matter. Our engineers have implemented a fix to address playback issues with older videos, but it will take several hours for the playback functionality of affected videos to be fully restored. We will continue to monitor the fix over the next 24 hours.
