Zenfolio Classic Error 500 Messages + Disruptions to NextZen Uploads

On July 8th at approximately 10:30pm EDT, some users experienced “Error 500” messages when attempting to access their Zenfolio Classic accounts due to an unexpected issue that occurred during a maintenance period. Additionally, some users may have experienced upload errors on NextZen accounts.

Our engineers were able to identify the source of both issues impacting Zenfolio Classic and NextZen, and we can confirm that access has been restored and systems remain operational.
