Our engineers will be performing database maintenance with the Zenfolio platform on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, starting at 20:00 PST (04:00 UTC on February 1, 2024). Maintenance is expected to last 6 hours.

For Zenfolio (Portfolio, PortfolioPlus, ProSuite) users:
During this window, Zenfolio websites will be offline, and visitors to your website will see a maintenance notification. Additionally, you won’t be able to login, upload, or manage data on your website while the maintenance is happening.

For Zenfolio Classic users:
During this window, there may be delays or page timeouts with some platform features. BookMe will be unavailable. Additionally, any Archive processing/restore requests will be paused, and Archive may be unavailable until the maintenance is complete. Search functionality will be unavailable during this maintenance.

For Photobooker users:
During this window, Zenfolio websites will be offline, and visitors to your website will see a maintenance notification. Additionally, you won’t be able to login, upload, or manage data on your website while the maintenance is happening.
