We have monitored the upload and download performance through our peak holiday season, and we made many improvements to mitigate any delays our users were experiencing. In the new year, we will take all of our learnings and continue to improve our platform, enhance stability, and improve the overall user experience. Our engineers have taken a multi-directional approach to alleviating the recent upload issues via increasing server capacity as well as carefully balancing the load across our servers. Most users are uploading without issue, but we continue to watch performance closely, especially as demand increases Monday and Tuesday of this week. Thank you for your continued patience.

We will be performing maintenance on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 8pm PST to address the recent delays in image generation. At this time, some users may experience some images not loading in galleries, but they will will appear once the maintenance is complete. Thanks for your patience while we address the ongoing issue.

Our teams have been working diligently to resolve any delays with uploads, downloads, and image generation. While temporary fixes were put in place, they did not fully resolve the delays. As our Engineers performed a deep dive into the issues, a root cause was identified, and they’ve been working to put in a permanent fix. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience as we work through to a full resolution.

Our engineers made improvements to return upload speeds to normal on Friday, Oct. 26. However, some users are still reporting delays or stuck uploads. We are continuing to look into these and put in a place a permanent solution. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
